PENJELASAN DETAIL DARI PEMBATALAN CNBLUE 2011 ASIA TOUR CONCERT ‘BLUESTORM IN JAKARTA’

CNBLUE 2011 Asia Tour Concert “Bluestorm in Jakarta”, konser pertama CNBLUE, yang sedianya akan diselenggarakan di Jakarta, tanggal 26 November 2011 di JITEC Mangga Dua Square mendatang, terpaksa harus dibatalkan. Menurut FNC Music selaku management CNBLUE, alasan dari pembatalan konser ini adalah ketidaksempurnaan persiapan konser.
Selama masa persiapan acara, kami berusaha memenuhi persyaratan dan permintaan pihak manajemen artis yang kerap berubah di menit terakhir. Mulai dari segi lokasi, promosi, sampai produksi.
Salah satu poin dari perjanjian adalah untuk memenuhi 80% dari kapasitas venue. Hal inilah yang tidak bisa kami penuhi sampai H – 3. Kami berusaha melakukan yang terbaik agar konser ini tetap berjalan sesuai rencana, terlebih untuk para fans CNBLUE. Tetapi pada akhirnya pihak manajemen artis, FNC Music tetap memutuskan untuk menghentikan segala persiapan dan membatalkan konser ini.
Kami selaku promotor meminta maaf sebesar-besarnya atas kejadian ini. Terutama kepada pihak-pihak yang telah dirugikan secara moral dan materiil, seperti fans, media partner, dan sponsor.
Kami bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap semua pembeli tiket konser ini. Perihal mekanisme pengembalian uang tiket akan diumumkan secepatnya.

DETAIL EXPLANATION OF CNBLUE 2011 ASIA TOUR CONCERT ‘BLUESTORM IN JAKARTA’ CANCELLATION
JAKARTA (20/11)
CNBLUE 2011 Asia Tour Concert “Bluestorm in Jakarta”, the first concert by CNBLUE, who is scheduled to perform in Jakarta, November 26th 2011 at JITEC Mangga Dua Square, finally confirmed to be cancelled. The reason behind the cancellation, according to FNC Music, is due to the inability of the promoter reach perfection on preparation of the concert.
Since the beginning of the preparation, Starlight Management Indonesia already tried to fulfill the terms and requests of the artist management. From the location, promotions, until the productions.
One of the agreement points was to fulfill 80% of capacity for this Asia Tour. However we failed to meet that point of agreement. We tried our best to make this event happen, especially for the CNBLUE’s fans. But in the end FNC Music decided to stop all concert preparation and cancelled the concert.
We as the promoter deeply apologize of this matter. Especially to the people who have been at loss morally and materially, especially to the fans, media partners and also the sponsorship partners.
We are fully responsible of all the ticket buyers. About the refund mechanism will be announced as soon as possible.
